What We Offer

For us, PR is not about chasing one headline and hoping it changes everything, or collecting clickbait moments and waiting for one to stick. Good PR is about representing people and organisations whose words carry weight, particularly in health and wellness, and making sure those words land in the right places consistently and responsibly.

Natalie Trice Publicity works with health and wellness experts, founders, leaders and organisations with something meaningful to say and a reason to be heard. We offer three ways of working: Personal PR, Brand PR and Project PR. Every engagement is shaped by your goals, your ambitions, and the real-world impact your work is intended to have.

This work sits at the heart of who you are and what you do, with no space for dead-end opportunities, vanity coverage or misaligned visibility. In health and wellness, getting the message right matters too much for shortcuts.

We flatten the press and democratise the media landscape by building real relationships with journalists, so your expertise is trusted, valued and returned to, while still being ambitious about where your voice belongs.

If Stylist and Happiful are the media homes for your menopause insight, that is where we focus. If your work is rooted in community health for local impact, we prioritise regional media and the audiences who can genuinely support and engage.

There is no fluff here. We do not promise coverage, but we do bring strategy, tenacity and care. We partner closely with our clients to build credibility, visibility and long-term growth that carries meaning, not just momentum.

Personal PR

Personal PR supports people whose reputation underpins their work. When your expertise, voice and credibility sit at the centre of what you do, how you are represented in the media genuinely matters.

This work is about building trust at scale. It positions you as a credible, quotable authority so journalists, producers and editors know exactly who to turn to when your area of expertise is in focus. Over time, that consistency builds recognition, confidence and influence.

Personal PR is particularly effective for people whose insight, lived experience or leadership shapes understanding, behaviour or outcomes in health and wellness.

Representation experience includes:

  • Doctors, therapists and clinicians
  • Psychologists and mental health professionals
  • Academics and researchers
  • Consultants, coaches and specialist advisers
  • Founders whose personal story and expertise sit at the heart of the business

Every Personal PR partnership is shaped around outcomes rather than outputs, with a clear focus on relevance, authority and sustained momentum.

Retainers can include a mix of:

  • Expert commentary and responsive media engagement
  • National and specialist press features
  • Podcast, radio and broadcast interviews
  • Speaking and panel opportunities
  • Interview preparation and media coaching
  • Award nominations and winning campaigns
  • Strategic guidance on visibility, public engagement and reputation

For example, Edwina, a personal trainer specialising in women’s health, secured coverage across titles including HELLO!, Stylist and Marie Claire, using timely fitness, menopause and wellbeing commentary to reach audiences actively seeking practical, credible support.

Different disciplines. Different stories. The same strategic approach.
Clear expertise, well-placed visibility and long-term credibility.

For best results, we recommend a minimum six-month engagement to allow relationships, recognition and impact to build properly.

Brand PR

Brand PR is for organisations whose reputation, credibility and public positioning matter as much as their products or services. This work shapes how a brand is understood, trusted and referenced, particularly in complex, sensitive or high-impact spaces.

Brand PR is not about noise, it’s about consistency, authority, long-term trust and that is handled with care, clarity and intent.

Our approach connects media strategy with messaging, stakeholder confidence and public education, ensuring what is said in the press reflects the values, evidence and leadership behind the brand.

Clients include:

  • Membership organisations and professional bodies
  • Health, wellness and education brands
  • Social impact groups and charities
  • Spas, retreats and holiday resorts
  • Founder-led brands scaling beyond personal publicity
  • Organisations operating in regulated or sensitive sectors

Work is shaped around brand outcomes and may include

  • Brand positioning and narrative development
  • National, trade and regional media strategy
  • Press releases, media briefings and editorial toolkits
  • Ongoing media relations and journalist engagement
  • Spokesperson preparation and media training
  • Campaign and moment led PR planning
  • Press trip organisation and events

What this looks like in practice

Richard R. Ramos

Richard is a leading parenting and community leadership expert in the US, supported on a retainer basis to cover his books, courses and events that all promote modern-day family dynamics. As a result of keeping a close eye on the news agenda and building relationships across the media, we built a wealth of results to boost awareness, reach and impact.

Coverage included KCAL prime time TV for National Superparenting Day, radio interviews, leading podcasts and regional and national press including the Los Angeles Times all positioning Richard as a trusted voice during moments of heightened public conversation.

Strike Back Self Defence

We supported Strike Back as a mission-led brand focused on prevention and women’s safety, not just a single media moment.

Regional, national and trade coverage following Dragons’ Den positioned this powerful small business within a wider public conversation on personal safety, confidence and education, securing regional and national press that supported long-term awareness, credibility and partnership opportunities beyond the broadcast.

Different sectors. Different challenges. The same strategic approach.

Brand PR that builds trust, not just attention.

Project PR

Project PR supports campaigns, launches, reports and awareness days where visibility needs to be focused, strategic and handled with care.

This work is ideal when there is a clear story, a fixed timeframe and an opportunity to shape how an issue, organisation or body of work is understood at scale.

Typical projects book and report launches, events, funding announcements and national or international awareness days.

International Menopause Society and International Menopause Day

This was a global Project PR campaign delivering over 70 pieces of soft coverage across consumer, health and professional media, supported by press materials for regional distribution and a media workshop delivered to more than 50 affiliated organisations. The focus was clarity, consistency and evidence-led messaging at scale and drew upon our global experience across multi platforms, language and stakeholder groups.

Focused. Strategic. Time-bound.

Project PR for moments that deserve to land properly.
